The Renaissance MSP programme includes:

10 online sessions each lasting approximately half an hour. The sessions are hosted on this site and once you have subscribed to a plan you will be able to access them whenever you like. You are in charge of how fast or slow you go, you can alter what you do, pausing whenever you need to,  and how you do it depending on how you feel at any time. 

The sessions are designed to be done over 20 weeks, with each session explored for two weeks before moving onto the next.  You can do the sessions as often as you like... if you want to do more in any one week then go for it! When you have completed the programme you can begin again from the start and explore it again using your new found strength and balance (and using tougher resistance bands!)

The £59.95 pricing plan includes two resistance bands. We will replace these for you as you grow stronger.. just let Ben know!

Additional online sessions every two weeks on specialist topics, perhaps a focus on wrist strength or on proprioception. We will email you to let you know when these sessions have gone 'live'

Ben will be holding members only special online classes, again with a special focus on a specific area. We will email you to let you know when these will be happening. They will be recorded so you can catch up if you miss one!

Good balance is not something that some 'lucky people' are just 'born with'... you can have it too!
